The morning will begin with some balancing breath work which will help to settle the chatter of the mind and calm the body which will lead into a slow mindful yoga flow and will finish with yoga nidra, we will then have a warm nurturing lunch followed with more pranayama leading into yin yoga and moving onto restorative yoga ending with gongs and yoga nidra.

My aim is to help you leave feeling nurtured and relaxed.
