Flow Virtual Class, Mixed Levels
Mondays and Wednesdays, 7pm to 8pm via Zoom
£7 per person
These classes are more flow yoga classes that work with a number of sequences to combined the movement and breath to help energize or relax the body and mind, feeling a connection to the physical body. We work with a theme each week to help give you focus. Through this powerful connection of body & mind, these classes can help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility & strength, and a feeling of well-being. Suitable to all levels, however if you are relatively new to flow yoga it can be a good idea to give me a call or shoot me an email to discuss your requirements.
To book a place please choose a date from the calendar below, click the 7.00pm button and then click ‘Book now’. You can then do the same for one or more other dates if you want to.
You will need to download the free Zoom app. Make sure you include your mobile number when you complete the checkout process, so I can send you a code around 15 minutes before class to put in to the join the Zoom meeting.
