Virtual Yoga Class, All Levels


Thursdays, 9.30am to 10.30am noon via Zoom (CANCELLED)

£7 per person

This class is for all levels. We take a slow flow through a relaxing yoga sequence combined with restorative yoga giving you that connection to the breath helping to ease tension and tightness. This class can help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility and strength and a feeling of calmness.

To book a place please choose a date from the calendar below, click the 9.30am button and then click ‘Book now’. You can then do the same for one or more other dates if you want to.

You will need to download the free Zoom app. Make sure you include your mobile number when you complete the checkout process, so I can send you a code around 15 minutes before class to put in to the join the  Zoom meeting.
