The weekend will be full of all sorts of yoga! there will be Hatha flow, yin, restorative, pranayama, gongs, meditation, and in between times you can treat yourself to a very relaxing calming treatment.
You will leave feeling refreshed and calm with that connect to the physical body again helping you to feel grounded and leaving the chatter of the mind behind.
The Granary is a converted barn situated behind a 17th Century Manor House set on a working farm. It’s situated in a secluded location near Brogborough in Bedfordshire, just one mile from Junction 13 of the M1 and equidistant from Milton Keynes and Bedford. Luton airport is only 30 minutes away and London only one hour.

Friday evening
4.30pm- arrivals
5.30-6.30pm slow unwinding yoga flow and pranayama
7pm dinner
8.30pm meditation and gong bath
Saturday
7.30-8.30am – juicy hip yoga flow and pranayama
8.30am breakfast
9.30am – down time/ walks/read treatments
11.30-12.30pm – slow flow connecting to the breath
12.30 lunch
4pm – 5pm- vinyasa flow practice
5pm-6.30pm yin,restorative
7pm – dinner
8.30pm – treatments/ read/ down time
Sunday
7.30-8.30am stretch and release
9am breakfast
11-11.45am closing circle, breath work and meridian release.
12 o’clock home time

Cost
£395pp (shared accommodation), £430pp (single accommodation) – includes accommodation, all your food and yoga sessions. The only extra will be if you would like any treatments

T&C
A deposit of £150.00 is required to book your place. This is non refundable. Cancellation is required in writing. Cancellation of more than 60 days-Full refund of monies paid (less the deposit and any admin fees) Cancellation between 60-30 days, refund of 50% of the the monies paid (after deposit and admin fees amount deducted). Cancellation of less than 30 days, no refund, credit or exchange will be given.
Cancellation of Event Circumstances:
It is expected that participants to events will have adequate personal insurance to cover all eventualities that might occur.
If Paula Inch cancels the retreat then all monies will be refunded, but will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel costs, insurance costs etc
If Paula Inch has to move the retreat to another date or venue with no fault of her own, you will be entitled to the full amount (apart from your non refundable deposit) back If you no longer can make dates given.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, or leads to cancellation of any events Paula Inch will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.
