Yin, restorative/gong evening 6th Feb 7pm to 9pm
You don’t have to be able to do yoga or be flexible to be able to do restorative yoga!
Its great if you have any injury’s, you will be fully supported by the props so no need to worry about any injury’s.
Come and join myself (Paula) for a blissful evening on calming the nervous system with yin, restorative and yoga nidra.
We will start with a breath meditation to help calm and ground the body and mind helping you to reconnect with with the breath then moving onto some yin pose helping to create space and freedom in the connective tissue and joins, then it will be time to be wrapped up in blankets and supported by bolsters for restorative, then to finish your blissful evening yoga nidra which is a very deep meditation.
You will leave feeling nurtured and relaxed!
What yoga nidra can help with
