About Me

Beginnings on the Mat
I first stepped onto the yoga mat more than 25 years ago, not knowing then how deeply it would shape my life. At the time, yoga was simply a practice that made me feel lighter, calmer, more connected — but I didn’t fully understand why.
A Deeper Journey
Years later, I decided to take a yoga teacher training course. Not because I wanted to teach, but because I longed to go deeper and discover what it was about yoga that touched me so profoundly. I thought it would simply be a personal journey — but that decision changed everything.

Lessons Beyond the Physical
Immersing myself in the philosophy and practice of yoga opened doors I never imagined. The teachings moved far beyond the physical practice. They gave me tools for life: ways to breathe through challenges, to find stillness in turbulence, to cultivate compassion for myself and others.
Living and Sharing Yoga
Although my original intention wasn’t to teach, yoga transformed me so much that sharing it became a natural step. Yoga has truly changed my life. Like everyone, I’ve faced difficulties and moments where life felt overwhelming — but yoga has been my anchor. It has helped me navigate challenges with more grace, steadiness, and resilience.

For me, yoga isn’t just something I practise on the mat. It’s a way of living — a philosophy of balance, presence, and kindness. And it’s this gift that I feel grateful to share with others.
