I organise retreats in beautiful locations where you can experience yoga, meditation, relaxation, inspiration and reflection.
We will work through some slow yoga flows that will help to bring you back down to earth, away from that head space ( the monkey mind ) that can take over sometimes helping you to feel grounded.
We will practise and meditate on breath work that will help you feel calmer and refreshed and then onto some Hatha flow sequences helping to clear the stagnate energy that can get trapped in the tissue’s of the body, helping you to feel refreshed ready for what life throws at you.
