Come and join me for a very special Full Moon Sound Bath - a beautiful opportunity to pause, come together and simply be.
The full moon has long been seen as a powerful time for reflection, release and renewal. It gives us a natural moment to slow down, turn inwards and create some space for ourselves.
During this deeply relaxing hour, you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful vibrations and sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum and other ancient instruments.
