As the moon gathers its light on its journey towards the Full Harvest Moon, it invites us to pause, reflect and gently let go of anything that no longer serves us, while nourishing what we wish to cultivate in our lives.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other beautiful healing instruments. Their calming sounds create a deeply restful space where body and mind can soften, helping to ease tension, quiet a busy mind and encourage deep relaxation.
