This Full Moon Sound Bath is designed to support that natural cycle. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and grounding instruments, the body is guided into deep rest, allowing the nervous system to soften and recalibrate.

Sound Bath Journey – In the Energy of the Rising Full Moon
A sound bath is an immersive, meditative experience where you are invited to simply lie down, soften, and receive.
There is nothing to do. Nowhere to get to. No poses to hold.
As we gather on the cusp of the Full Moon at the end of April, we meet a moment of quiet expansion — a time when energy is building, emotions may be rising, and illumination is beginning to unfold. The days leading into a Full Moon often heighten awareness, sensitivity and reflection. It is a powerful space for clearing, recalibrating and returning to centre.
