Begin 2026 with an hour dedicated entirely to you. This New Year Sound Bath is a powerful opportunity to release the weight of the old year and welcome in fresh, uplifting energy.
As you lie back and settle into stillness, the room fills with the deeply healing vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and the shamanic drum. These sounds don’t just wash over you — they gently move through the body, helping to soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and melt away tension you may have been carrying.
