Winter Warmer Day Retreat - Bedfordshire

Come and join us for our winter warmer day retreat at the beautiful Granary farm, on Saturday 29th November 2025 from 10am to 4pm.

We will begin our morning  with some gentle breath meditation which will lead us into a slow yoga flow to help ease any tension in our body.

There will be a warm lunch to help nourish our bodies and settle our minds.

After lunch we will settle down for some yummy yin, restorative and a deep meditation called yoga nidra.

The cost is £70.
