Join me for a nourishing afternoon of yoga designed to take you on a complete journey for body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle into presence before flowing into a slow, mindful sequence that gradually builds strength and openness in the body, leading towards a peak posture. From there, we’ll gently ease back down into stillness with calming Yin and deeply supportive Restorative yoga, allowing the body and nervous system to release fully.
